Welcome to another great year at Concordia and another great time of fun, faith, and fellowship in
our life together. We look forward to a great year of activities, events, projects, and learning and growing together in faith.
When new items of interest to CLYDE and the congregation happen, we will post them here.
During
December, our youth served the parents of Concordia by hosting a Parent's Night Out. We gave the parent's of the church
a night out as a break in the hectic time we all have during the holiday season. We followed that event with a Guitar
Hero Tournament.
On January 2nd through the 4th, 11 of our youth gathered together at Winterfest, our synod's Senior
High youth event. We came in faith and fellowship to learn about God's love for us, and how while it seems unreal to
us at times, God's love and presence is truly real and carried by us to each other.
Our 50's Diner Dinner was a great success, and a good time was had by all! We raised a lot of
money for our Mission Fund, and a big thank you to the church family for supporting us.
Our Youth Group Room recieved a face lift, with brand new furniture! We christened the furniture with
a Movie Night and watched and discussed the movie "Fireproof".
